Don't give points out for free Stamp

I made this stamp because I'm sick and tired of others (mostly noobs) sending me notes just asking me for points, I DON'T JUST GIVE POINTS AWAY FOR FREE! I find it annoying and a complete waste of my time, when on notes, I expect something better like an artwork done, someone asking me for trades/commissions, or any other important stuff, NOT OTHERS ASKING ME FOR POINTS FOR NOTHING FOR IT
